THE GLORY

God has been speaking to us to keep bringing His glory-presence here on earth, as it is in heaven. (Matt 6:10) So, we started gathering like-minded people together to pursue God and be obedient to what He asked of us.

What was God asking?

He wanted us to be faithful to call others together, to pursue His presence, making way for King Jesus to be first place in our hearts and our nation. (Psalm 24)

We are seeing His glory-presence come!

Together, alongside our friend Pastor Pauline from the Algonquin First Nations, we have been stirring up the presence of God . Even during a season where many would not attend gatherings, we gathered to pray and believe for God's glory. And we are seeing it!

Pastor Pauline reported, "THE MANIFEST PRESENCE OF GOD (GLORY) IS HERE WITH US!

Healings, miracles, signs, wonders, deliverance, repentance are occurring as we encounter the KING of kings Jesus Christ. Where the King is, there is the Kingdom. God has been so gracious to us and we believe we ARE in Revival right now and the GLORY IS HERE . The Kingdom of God is being released!"

THIS IS A NOW TIME for God's glory to be revealed in and through us!

If you haven't experienced the glory, you may not understand and ask;

"What is the glory?"

"What does it mean for the glory to come?"

OR "What happens in the glory?"

As I was pondering the glory of God, this is what He gave me. I trust that as you read it you will not only receive insight, but you will be ignited with desire for the glory of God in your own life!

THE GLORY IS THE PRESENCE OF GOD HIMSELF

It is the very oxygen of heaven laden with hope, promise, healing and desire. Desire for what is real, and lasting, not for religion or tradition but for the ONE true God of love.

Like Isaiah, one glimpse of the God's glory causes us to bow before Him, in awe and worship.

“Holy, Holy, Holy, is the Lord of hosts, The whole earth is full of His glory.” Isaiah 6:3 NIV

THE GLORY REVEALS

It reveals what has been hidden;

What eye has not seen or ear has heard.

What we haven't known, we can know.

It reveals our brokenness and need. A need, not just to better our own lives, but our need for God Himself. It humbles us as we see a glimpse of the heart of the Father for us and for the world.

When Isaiah experienced the glory of God he fell on his knees and cried, “Woe to me, for I am ruined! Because I am a man of unclean lips, And I live among a people of unclean lips; For my eyes have seen the King, the LORD of armies.”" Isaiah 6:5 NASB

“And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth.” John 1:14 NASB

THE GLORY DRAWS

It draws us to God. We have a bigger picture, we feel a desire for more. We become jealous (in a good way) for His presence, with a hunger and longing. We are drawn deeper into intimacy with the Father. We go on a discovery of revelation - truth, and resurrection life that results in transformation of our heart and our minds.

It draws others to us. When we carry the glory, when there is a presence of God’s glory within us, we are actually carrying the very essence of Jesus. Others become curious, they want to be part of it. They want to be around us because they have a need to experience what God is doing in us. When we are changed, those around us will know it is real!

In the Old Testament when Solomon dedicated the temple, the glory of God fell causing the priests and all who were present to fall on their faces before God. When they got up they started praising Him. People came from all over the region to celebrate with them. There was a drawing, they didn’t celebrate just because the temple was complete, but they also celebrated the glory of God that came. (1 Chron 7:1-16)

"For God, who said, “Light shall shine out of darkness,” is the One who has shone in our hearts to give the Light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ." 2 Corinthians 4:6 NASB

THE GLORY IS REAL

It brings tangible results. When we are in the presence of God, we can expect to see something new, a change. It may be a conviction of idols or a revelation of our heart. It may be healing, signs wonders, miracles. It may be salvation, peace, joy, wholeness. It always brings a knowledge of the nature of God Himself. In the glory, we experience real results and real change.

“Whoever confesses and acknowledges that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God. We have come to know [by personal observation and experience], and have believed [with deep, consistent faith] the love which God has for us. God is love, and the one who abides in love abides in God, and God abides continually in him." 1 John 4:15-16 AMP

THE GLORY PURSUES

It causes us to run. One encounter changes everything! It will cause your heart to pursue God, to run after what is on His heart. To value and honour what belongs to Him, to pursue HIS Word and get to know Him intimately.

You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you,” declares the Lord, “and will bring you back from captivity..." Jeremiah 29:13-14a

THE GLORY TRANSFORMS

It changes us from the inside out. There's always more! Our transformation does not stop at one experience, there are new and deeper realms we can experience.

We no longer conform to what we want to do, or what the world or culture says we should do, but are transformed into the likeness of Christ. It is transformation of heart and of mind - an ever increasing glory, so that our mind no longer dictates to our heart but our transformed heart now feels and moves with what is in the heart of the Father.

So all of us who have had that veil removed can see and reflect the glory of the Lord. And the Lord—who is the Spirit—makes us more and more like him as we are changed into his glorious image.” 2 Corinthians 3:18

THE GLORY COMPELS

It causes us to move towards others. When we are changed, we want to go, to share, and to see others transformed. When our heart is changed others will see the difference, and be impacted by it. We are compelled to live it out. To love as Christ has loved us. To experience more. To share more. To LIVE in "the more" and then give out of the outflow of the more we have received !

The one who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, ‘From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.’” (John 7:38 NASB)

God is bringing His revival glory. He is unveiling Himself in new ways and new dimensions that we need for such a time as this. We want to KNOW Him, deeper than ever before.

“For the earth will be filled With the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, As the waters cover the sea." Habakkuk 2:14 NASB

Our heart cry is:

God let Your glory-presence be manifest across our nation and the nations of the world!
